Hard to see but Japanese Maple is flowering [tiny red flowers] and will drop seeds. I will collect seedlings this time. Usually 50 or so to be found.

Best cupcakes I've ever made. 2 Apples grated into easy vanilla[real seeds] mix. Moist and fluffy.
Did same thing with this cake. Grated 2 apples and 2 juicy pears with olive oil instead of butter then when it came out the oven poured some warm lemon juice over. Cream cheese/icing sugar/lemon juice on top. So moist. Notice the gold dust?
